Job Summary
Verify benefits enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers via the Defense Online Enrollment System and MHS Genesis. Update Primary Care Manager changes per Military Treatment Facility guidelines and offer guidance on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims to beneficiaries in person and over the phone. Provide basic claims status updates, conduct informational briefings for events like maternity and pre-separation, and collect daily activity and Other Health Insurance data. Evaluate assistance levels and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and completing required training. Requires U.S. citizenship, ADP IT III clearance, and three years of customer service experience. Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to obtain an ID card allowing access to NSA Bahrain
- Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to tactfully communicate with others, both in person and on the phone
- Self-starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- Must meet all country specific requirements

- Familiarity with Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
- Familiarity with DOES
- Familiarity with MHS Genesis
