Tributary Capital Management: Trading/Operations Associate

Trading: Provide timely and accurate equity trades for Tributary client accounts across platforms using Advent’s Moxy Trade Order Management System and client-directed trading platforms. Implement Portfolio Manager instructions in client accounts, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate settlement with various custodians. Operations: Support Tributary's Director of Operations, vote and document client proxies, provide trading support including resolution of settlement issues, and perform recurring monthly/quarterly reporting and reconciliation tasks. Ideal candidate will have 1 year in investment/financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work well in a team; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and 3–4 years of experience with familiarity of Advent APX, Moxy, Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, APL, Vestmark, and regulatory/compliance issues. On-site position located in Omaha, NE; unrestricted work authorization and no sponsorship required.
