Job Summary
Steer investments, capacity, and priorities to drive continuous technological modernization and risk minimization while balancing business value, innovation, and technical stability. Lead Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to ensure a high-performance, customer-oriented product organization. Manage larger transformation and modernization programs, reduce technical debt, and improve processes, systems, and organizational structures. Coach and develop key leadership roles within the tribe and represent the tribe to executive management, business stakeholders, customers, partners, and international units. Ensure optimal investment utilization for maximizing business value and strategic goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Führungserfahrung in größeren Product-, Technology- oder Softwareorganisationen
- Tiefes Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklung, Cloud-Technologien, Plattformarchitekturen, DevOps und Betriebsmodellen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung größerer Transformations- und Modernisierungsprogramme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Organisationsentwicklung, Operating Models und Governance-Strukturen
- Erfahrung in Budget-, Ressourcen- und Investitionssteuerung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in strategischer Planung, Priorisierung, Entscheidungsfindung und Stakeholder Management
- Hohe Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Veränderungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
