Job Summary
Own end-to-end Wealth Platform delivery and client journeys. Translate business priorities into clear product roadmaps and delivery outcomes for a scalable, stable platform. Champion UI/UX and CX across Wealth journeys; embed Digital Design practices from concept to delivery. Leverage Data Science and analytics to inform prioritisation and optimise journeys, enabling personalisation and data-driven decision making. Lead a cross-functional Tribe (Product Owners, UX/UI, Data, and delivery teams) to drive prioritisation, pace, and accountability, while ensuring governance, regulatory integrity, and risk management. Partner with Technology, Strategy, Risk, Operations, and ExCo-level leadership to deliver aligned outcomes, maintain platform integrity, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with Barclays values and create an environment for colleagues to thrive.
Required Qualifications
- MD-level leadership experience in digital platform, product, or transformation roles
- Deep experience across Product, UI/UX, CX, Digital Design, and Data-led delivery
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional change at scale
- Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance requirements
- Ability to lead senior stakeholders and influence at ExCo level
- Strong focus on client outcomes, platform quality, and delivery excellence
