Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor tribe-wide operational projects assigned through the CEO's office, representing executive leadership during meetings and planning discussions. Prepare written updates, reports, and project tracking materials while communicating regularly with department leadership regarding timelines and operational needs. Conduct follow-up activities to ensure project completion, assist with organizing cross-departmental coordination efforts, and review processes to recommend improvements. Travel between facilities to monitor progress and respond to urgent operational matters outside standard business hours when necessary. Maintain organized records and documentation while handling sensitive assignments requiring discretion. Provide independent project coordination with limited supervision, supporting organizational continuity for tribal services, facilities, and staff operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Tribal Administration, or a closely related field
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible project coordination or operational management experience
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting executive leadership or coordinating high-level operational assignments
  • Experience independently managing multiple active projects with limited supervision

  • Visual acuity sufficient to read reports, schedules, and electronic communications
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of office materials, files, laptops, or meeting supplies up to 25 pounds
  • Availability outside of normal business hours when operational needs arise
  • Attendance at evening or weekend meetings
  • Travel between locations

Desired Qualifications
