Job Summary
Mid-level Tribal Gaming Agent I (possible trainee) responsible for on-site regulation of Colville Gaming LLC to ensure compliance with Tribal/State gaming laws, regulations, and policies. Duties include conducting compliance audits, investigating known or alleged violations, reporting issues to TGA Senior and Field Supervisor, maintaining records and data, analyzing information to identify discrepancies or potential theft, and presenting findings to management. Requires strong knowledge of Class II and Class III gaming rules, IGRA, NIGC, CTGC frameworks, and proficiency with office software; must be capable of discreet, independent work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Travel and physical requirements include indoor work, near-vision reading and computer use, hearing/speech for conversations and prompts, and routine lifting up to 50 pounds. Must possess a valid driver’s license, be eligible for tribal gaming license, and meet tribal preference guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- An associate degree in law enforcement or accounting or closely related field
- OR 24 months of combined work experience/training/education within the gaming industry, law enforcement, or accounting field
- OR 36 months of progressive responsible clerical accounting, bookkeeping, or closely related experience
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for the Tribe’s vehicle insurance
- Qualified and suitable for a tribal gaming license under Tribal, State, and Federal requirements
