Job Summary
The Tribal Deputy Prosecutor is responsible for conducting prosecution in all criminal court proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Winnebago Tribe, working on adult criminal cases, juvenile delinquency, and civil offenses, while collaborating with various law enforcement agencies and community organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or qualified attorney at law
- Have never been convicted of a felony for which he/she did not receive a full pardon
- Must be of high moral character
- Must be familiar with the code of professional ethics for attorneys
