Job Summary
In-home caregiver roles providing client support in Raleigh/Durham areas. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers), supporting safe mobility with equipment, offering companionship, providing medication reminders (not administration), light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands, and meal preparation. Follow individualized care plans and report changes to supervisor. Requires 6+ months caregiving experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, English communication, reliable transportation, smartphone for clocking in/out and notes, and passing background/registry checks. Flexible scheduling with weekend availability; weekly pay and competitive rates based on role (PCA CNA). Training and ongoing development offered; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)
- Must complete and pass a caregiver skills check before hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with transfers and mobility
- Must have a smartphone with internet access for clocking in/out, schedules, and care notes
- Must have reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred but not required)
- Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends
