Job Summary
Trials & Loans Assistant will prepare, maintain, and coordinate assistive technology equipment used by users. Responsibilities include unboxing, inspecting, setting up devices, maintaining display and assessment equipment, testing, cleaning, and updating devices; packing and coordinating outgoing shipments and managing returns; following up with customers regarding deliveries and providing basic troubleshooting via phone and email; supporting the Loans Coordinator with administrative tasks and CRM record updates in an onsite, full-time role in Adelaide.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a role involving equipment handling, logistics, warehouse operations, or technical support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for administrative and customer interactions
- Comfort with structured, repeatable processes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic Excel is a plus
