Trial Vendor Senior Manager - Global Clinical Operations

Job Summary
Trial Vendor Senior Manager within the Clinical Trial Team leads vendor management for global clinical trials and acts as the single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level. Responsible for end-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables (eCOA, central labs, IRT, cardiac, PR&R, etc.), budget tracking and documentation, and ensuring alignment with study timelines and quality. Collaborates with the Vendor Start-up Manager on protocol representation in vendor specifications, oversees site activation from a vendor perspective, manages vendor performance and risk, and leads UAT activities for vendor systems. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred), 3+ years in clinical operations/vendor management, strong GxP/ICH knowledge, and experience with eCOA/IRT systems; oncology focus is highly beneficial. Hybrid work arrangement in London, UK with 12 days onsite per month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical operations and vendor management processes
- Strong knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations, clinical trial design, and supplier service specifications
- Proficiency in vendor management, contracting, and site-related collaborations, including UAT for eCOA and IRT systems
- Results-driven with proven ability to complete projects within timelines
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated networking abilities, team collaboration, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong scientific curiosity and good knowledge of working on Clinical Trials with an Oncology focus, would be highly beneficial
