Job Summary
Experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney needed in Phoenix to handle a heavy and complex docket from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases, drafting and filing of pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law; guiding plaintiff clients through the case process; coordinating with expert witnesses (conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits); attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances; and collaborating with a dedicated case staff (paralegal and legal assistant). Qualifications include a Law degree (J.D./JD) from an accredited school and active AZ Bar membership, with a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury/general liability experience and strong writing and oral advocacy skills. The role offers a base salary with guaranteed commission and a full benefits package, and is located in Phoenix, AZ.”,
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (AZ required)
- Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / general liability experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
