Job Summary
Trial Attorney to join Morgan & Morgan in Indiana. Handles personal injury motor-vehicle litigation with trial prep and trial responsibilities. Day-to-day handling of litigation cases, drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions and memoranda; guiding clients through the case process; coordinating with expert witnesses including conferences and drafting of expert reports/affidavits; attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requires a law degree from a fully accredited law school and active Indiana State Bar membership; strong writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage a high volume of cases; commitment to client service.
