Job Summary
Trial Attorney with a Florida JD licensed to practice in Florida, 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, and trial experience preferred. Responsible for managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial, drafting and filing pleadings and motions in state and federal courts, conducting legal research, attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurers, coordinating with clients, investigators, and medical experts, maintaining organized case files, and mentoring junior attorneys or paralegals. Requires strong trial skills, excellent written and oral advocacy, and a client-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience; trial experience preferred.
