Job Summary
Triage Visit RN - Home Care: Provide telephone triage and patient visits as needed, document care and communications, educate patients/families per the plan of care, and administer medications/treatments as prescribed. Weekend on-call with availability for home visits, remote work when not on-site, and travel within the service area. Requires MN RN license, active CPR, and ability to travel. Benefits include hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, 401K, scrubs allowance, and recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
