Job Summary
On-call Triage Visit RN responsible for telephone triage and patient visits as needed, addressing calls (intake/referrals, scheduling, patient concerns), documenting services, providing patient/family education per the plan of care, and administering medications/treatments per nursing standards; part-time weekend scheduling with remote work and on-site visits as required; requires MN RN license, CPR, and ability to travel within the service area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state of MN.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
- Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office.
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Current CPR Certification required.
