Job Summary
Triage Visit RN role providing on-call telephone triage and in-home visits for Home Care clients; responsibilities include handling intake/referrals, scheduling, patient concerns, documenting services, patient/family education per the plan of care, and administering medications/treatments per nursing standards. Requires RN license in MN, active CPR, and ability to travel within the service area. Weekend, part-time hours with remote work when not visiting patients; training periods during weekdays. Mileage reimbursement and healthcare benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed to practice as an RN in MN
- Active CPR certification
- Minimum of twelve (12) months RN experience within last five (5) years
- Ability to travel within service geographic area
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
