Job Summary
Triage RN in a Family Practice at Mass General Brigham (Lee, NH) is a full-time, 40-hour role focused on telephone-based triage for patients across pediatric to adult populations. The position starts onsite with 90 days of training, moving from five 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri to four 10-hour shifts Tue-Fri, and then transitioning to a fully remote model within a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include direct patient care and support in the outpatient setting, patient assessments, care-plan development, and assisting in outpatient procedures; educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care; administer medications and IV therapy; maintain accurate patient records; uphold infection control protocols; collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active RN license, and prior telephone triage, outpatient, or primary care experience; EPIC experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Education Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- RN license required
- BLS Certification preferred
- Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
- EPIC experience preferred
