Job Summary
Provide direct support to the call center for patient questions, triage using accepted medical protocols, and document all communication into the electronic health record. Determine priority of care based on physical and psychosocial needs; coordinate with Providers and Medical Assistants to ensure timely treatment; perform outreach to coordinate care for patients with gaps in care; demonstrate excellent customer service and nursing knowledge in ambulatory care settings. Requires valid RN license in Washington (eligibility in Idaho acceptable), CPR/BLS certification, and implies utilization of EHR systems; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, two-year nursing degree required. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Washington, with RN license eligibility in Idaho.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, two-year degree in nursing required.
