Job Summary
Triage Nurse at WindRose Health Network in Indianapolis, IN. Provides medical triage and scheduling for patients at the Health Center, supports physicians, screens walk-in patients, and coordinates care within an integrated health care delivery system. Works with EMR, assists with urgent/emergent situations, and may provide nursing care such as vaccinations and dressing changes within scope of training. Requires an accredited LPN program graduate and an active LPN license (or RN license preferred), minimum 3 years’ medical office experience, and bilingual Spanish for effective patient communication. Full-time, day shift with no weekends in an on-site primary care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN Program (Required) / RN Program (Preferred)
- LPN License (Required) / RN License (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as LPN/RN in a medical office.
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills; verbally and written
- Bilingual Spanish
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- LPN (Required) / RN (Preferred)
- Full-Time
- Day shift Only
