Job Summary
Triage Navigators serve as the first point of contact for consumers entering the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center, responsible for completing screenings to assess individual needs, orienting clients to the program, and assisting in immediate crisis stabilization. They facilitate life- and social-skill building activities, monitor medication self-administration, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Successful candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to trauma-informed care practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous human service experience desirable, but not required
