Job Summary
Triage LPN role with hybrid work arrangement across multiple Michigan locations to handle incoming patient calls and messages, perform telephone triage using approved clinical protocols, determine urgency, coordinate same-day or routine follow-ups, document in EMR, educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, and the healthcare team while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Requires BLS, a high school diploma or GED, and a licensed nursing degree; preferred 2–5+ years of direct patient care.
