Job Summary
Operate as a subject matter expert for multiple high-level team functions with minimal supervision, developing metrics and reports for leadership. Independently identify process improvements across core operations, including software tooling and documentation, while leading engagement between internal and external teams to drive Triage solutions. Build and maintain tools supporting Triage workflows, own net new operational processes, and mentor team members in domain expertise. Lead cross-functional stakeholders to improve technical software layout, operational procedures, and executive metric reporting. This 12-month contract role requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, with an expected hourly pay range of $33.78 - $56.68/hour for California positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of employment experience
- Associate's degree with four years of employment experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with six years of employment experience
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly
- Strong Experience using Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira)
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to quickly adapt to changes in process
- Interest and desire to work in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with ADAS automation testing products
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Experience working independently on complex problems
- Experience working in an operations environment focused on improving both quality and time on task
- Experience working in a software/IT, operational or STEM environment
- Experience using data visualization software such as Looker or Superset
- Experience with technical writing
