Job Summary
Conduct Situation Investigation, Problem Analysis, and Process Improvement for securities financing activities, including SFTR reporting and Tri-Party Repo lifecycle changes. Lead discovery, elicitation, and design workshops to define requirements and user stories in Jira, while producing structured dashboards to monitor testing progress. Execute Business Acceptance Testing, develop test packs, and manage UAT results across multiple platforms. Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder objectives and firm strategy. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to drive scalable solutions through the Business Change Life Cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within financial services specialising in Capital Markets, particularly with regards to SFTR Reporting and Tri-Party repo activities performed across the trade lifecycle
- Resilient, organised with a high degree of attention to detail, especially given the global nature of the team and the tight timelines that we are delivering against
- Be familiar with Project Management techniques, Project Management ceremonies and able to key Project Management artefacts
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization including Working Groups and Steering Committees
- Be familiar with both the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the broader Business Change Life Cycle (BCLC)
- Excellent documentation skills ensuring traceability of the delivery back to requirements with a strong focus on document control
- Experience documenting testing strategies, coordinating testing efforts across multiple platforms and business functions, capturing and documenting UAT results, creation of test scripts and managing and communicating progress
- Fluent in the following applications: All MS Office Application, Agile Enterprise Jira, Confluence and AI solutions to aid artefact creation and Analysis
- Experience of Investment Operations and the trade Lifecycle demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to effectively follow and adhere to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures
- Timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues
- Proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation
- Making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements
