Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed in Tri-Cities, WA to join SNF/LTC therapy teams serving geriatric patients. Independently licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMFT, or LPC) with WA licensure, NPI, and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing preferred. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and timely documentation in Athena I EMR, in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities, and collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff. Requires master’s degree and current licensure; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and WA licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
