Job Summary
Ensure a safe work environment by performing pre and post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and reporting any safety incidents or vehicle issues to dispatch. Travel to and from Brox asphalt plants and quarries to deliver hot mix asphalt and aggregates to customers and job sites throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures while driving over roadways and construction sites. Work either day or night shifts depending on the workload.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A License
- OSHA-10 card
- Previous experience in the materials & asphalt hauling business
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work either day or night shifts depending on the workload
