TRGM Greeter

Greeter position for Testa Rossa, a new Fearless Restaurant Group concept in the Philadelphia region. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, guiding guests to tables, understanding table numbers and seating flow, handling reservations, answering phones, and delivering accurate messaging to guests and teammates. Requires strong communication and listening skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails. Must maintain knowledge of hours of operation and facility information, and consistently provide genuine hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment.
