Trener

Coordinate and lead the trainer team for Samsung's mobile and electronics devices across Croatia and Bosnia, managing educational activities for sales staff, partners, and internal teams. Plan weekly and monthly training themes, organize in-class sessions, hands-on workshops, and roadshows including budget and logistics. Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to adapt product materials, manage POP visibility supplies, and develop content within the Samsung Star application. Conduct product presentations, support the user service desk through knowledge transfer, and generate monthly field activity reports. Requires B license, English proficiency, and readiness for on-site travel.
