Job Summary
Part-Time Trendsend Stylist in-store at Wayzata, MN. Responsibilities include styling Trendsend customers using the proprietary online styling platform, reviewing customer profiles in the stylist app, curating 6-8 pieces into full looks aligned to body type and lifestyle, writing warm, professional tips for customers, overseeing product quality and processing returns, and maintaining time-management for a scheduled shift. Achieve or exceed personal sales plan (SPB) goals, and style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers with 45-minute turnaround per box (30 minutes styling, 15 minutes shipping/returns). Preferred candidates have prior styling experience, a strong fashion sense, and the ability to work independently and with a team, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company
- Passion for product and love of fashion and trend
- Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment
- Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants
- Open to growth and development, highly coachable
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
