Job Summary
Pick, pack, and label trek meals following daily order requirements while restocking shelves and prep stations with food items and packaging supplies. Assist with daily inventory counts, report low stock, and organize incoming deliveries, ensuring the food area remains clean, organized, and safe. Adjust priorities and order volumes as directed by the Trek Food Manager to support smooth daily operations. Maintain a cheerful attitude with strong customer-service focus while connecting with individuals from diverse age groups. Work 45-55 hours daily, standing and hiking up to 12 hours with the ability to lift 90 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 12 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 90 pounds with a partner
- Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in food service or warehouse operations
- Ability to complete food handlers training (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- High emotional intelligence (such as self/social awareness and team dynamics)
- Positive and cheerful attitude with a strong customer-service focus
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn/develop hard and soft skills
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse age groups, maturity, and backgrounds
