Tree Trimmer

Cut and trim trees using industry best management practices, operating wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trees and split logs. Apply herbicide to prevent regrowth as indicated on maps, then load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris or feed material into a woodchipper. Safeguard employees and the public from jobsite hazards while inspecting tools, trucks, and equipment for maintenance or replacement. Maintain strict housekeeping standards on trucks and at work locations. Commit to daily safety protocols and perform other related work as assigned by superiors. Full-time employment includes 4, 10-hour days with a 3-day weekend, paid holidays, and comprehensive union benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
