Tree Trimmer

Cut and trim trees using industry best management practices, operating wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trees, split logs, and manage vegetation. Apply herbicide to prevent regrowth as indicated on maps, then load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, or feed material into a woodchipper. Safeguard employees and the public from job site hazards while inspecting tools, trucks, and equipment for repairs or replacement. Maintain strict housekeeping standards at work locations and commit to daily safety protocols. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors. Full-time 4-day, 10-hour work schedule with a 3-day weekend, plus paid training and comprehensive benefits.
