Cut and trim trees using industry best management practices, employing wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trees and split logs. Apply herbicide to prevent regrowth as indicated on maps. Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, or feed material into a woodchipper. Safeguard employees and the public from jobsite hazards by utilizing best practices, while inspecting tools and equipment for maintenance. Maintain strict housekeeping standards on trucks and at work locations. Commit to daily safety protocols and perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors. Full-time employment with 4, 10-hour days and a 3-day weekend.
