Cut and trim trees using wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trunks and split logs, while applying herbicide to prevent regrowth. Load and unload trucks with debris and feed material into woodchippers, maintaining housekeeping at all job sites. Inspect tools and equipment daily, requesting repairs as needed, and utilize best management practices to safeguard employees and the public from hazards. Commit to working safely every day and perform other related tasks assigned by superiors. Full-time employment includes 4, 10-hour days with a 3-day weekend, paid holidays, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
