Job Summary
Manage daily schedules of multiple subcontractor crews, ensuring every crew understands the scope before arrival while monitoring quality, productivity, and safety. Coordinate dozens of active projects simultaneously, resolving conflicts and confirming equipment, materials, and permits. Serve as the operational contact for homeowners, providing proactive communication, resolving concerns, and ensuring clean jobsites. Verify work matches scope, conduct quality inspections, and resolve field issues quickly to minimize callbacks. Recruit and vet qualified subcontractors, building a reliable pipeline of backup crews. Improve scheduling, communication, and operational efficiency across the network. This role supports the Tree Division's residential tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency work services in Richardson, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing field operations, construction, landscaping, tree service, or similar
- Experience coordinating multiple crews
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Tree service experience
- Knowledge of tree trimming/removal operations
- Experience managing subcontractors
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- CRM or Field Service software experience
