Job Summary
As a Tree Crew Leader at SavATree, you will perform high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cabling for trees and shrubs. You will utilize climbing techniques and equipment such as chainsaws and aerial lifts while adhering to safety standards. Additional responsibilities include team leadership, ensuring quality service, and maintaining communication with team members and clients. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Authorization to work legally in the U.S.
- Proficient in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals
- Strong knowledge of tree and shrub species
- Comfortable climbing without spurs
- Skilled in adhering to tree care safety standards
- Experienced with chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks), and other essential tree care equipment
- Familiarity with ANSI A300 Pruning Standards and ANSI Z safety guidelines

Additional Requirements
