Job Summary
The Tree Climber is responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include preparing, maintaining, and safely operating tools and equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear. The role involves working as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to safety procedures. Qualifications include climbing experience with rope and saddle, knowledge of knots, and operation of chainsaws and chippers, along with a valid Driver’s License and experience with vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle
- Knowledge of knots
- Chainsaw operation
- Chipper operation
- Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers
