Job Summary
Climb trees using approved equipment, prune and remove vegetation per ANSI standards, and perform palm trimming and canopy reductions. Set up rigging systems for safe removals and operate chainsaws, pole saws, and chippers. Assist with bucket truck operations and maintain equipment while ensuring clean job sites. Work safely around homes, vehicles, and utilities while communicating effectively with the crew. Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company protocols. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous tree climbing experience
- Ability to safely climb and work at heights
- Must be dependable
- Must be safety-minded
- Must be team-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with rigging and tree removals
- Knowledge of proper pruning techniques
- Valid driver's license
- CDL
