Job Summary
Complete tree work with a crew, preparing equipment and loading supplies for the truck. Remove dead or live trees and cut branches per route sheet instructions, utilizing ground work, canopy access, truck-mounted lifts, or climbing rigging as needed. Haul non-hazardous waste to disposal sites and learn to safely use tub grinders, wood chippers, and chainsaws to refine debris. Clean up work areas by manually clearing and separating waste. Maintain professional customer service while meeting service route deadlines. This role includes M-F hours with occasional Saturdays and Sundays, offering competitive training pay of $20-$25/hour plus comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years tree climbing/trimming, using saddle and rope experience
- Valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application
- Residing within the Austin and surrounding areas radius
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application
- Readiness to work on Saturday is obligatory when work is not completed during normal workdays
