Job Summary
The Tree Care Crew Lead is responsible for leading and managing a tree crew on daily job sites, climbing and pruning trees using ropes and harnesses, performing complex tree removals and rigging operations, and operating chainsaws and other tree care equipment. The role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills, along with a commitment to safety and maintaining a clean job site. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the tree care industry and 5 years specifically in a leadership position.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in the tree care industry
- At least 5 years of experience leading a tree crew
- CDL Class A or B required
- Ability to step into a crew lead role immediately with little to no training
