Job Summary
The Treatment Team Coordinator provides journey-level administrative support to the treatment team, gathering input for the Person-Centered Recovery Plan (PCRP), synthesizing data for treatment and recovery planning, entering and updating medical records in the EMR, coordinating and attending treatment team meetings, maintaining files, and serving as a liaison to patients, families, and staff. The role requires knowledge of HIPAA, EMR systems, CMS and Joint Commission standards, strong written and verbal communication, data synthesis, and the ability to multi-task in a professional healthcare-administrative environment. Travel up to 15% is possible; telework is not eligible. Work location is Waco Center for Youth, Waco, TX, with day shift responsibilities and potential overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from standard senior high school or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license or obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Able to drive state vehicle; original certified driving record if out-of-state license
- Must pass fingerprint background check, pre-employment drug screen, and registry checks (CANRS, Nurse Aide, Medication Aide, Employee Misconduct, LEIE)
- Males 18-25 must be registered with Selective Service
- Immunization per agency policy
