Job Summary
Treatment Registered Nurse responsibilities include independently providing safe, effective nursing care for patients at Kellogg Cancer Center, applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administering chemotherapy, medications and blood products, directing assigned unlicensed personnel, coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes, and contributing to safety and high-quality patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Education: Associate's in Nursing, required; Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred
- Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association; OCN/ONS provider card preferred
- Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred
