Job Summary
Senior BIM Specialist responsible for leading and supporting BIM efforts for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, developing and enforcing BIM standards, coordinating digital delivery strategies across multidisciplinary project teams, and mentoring junior BIM staff. Role emphasizes model development for treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure using Autodesk Revit (with Civil 3D, Navisworks) and maintaining model quality control, coordinating with engineers, designers, project managers, and clients, while staying current with BIM technologies and industry trends. Includes acting as a technical liaison with clients, contractors, and third-party stakeholders and delivering BIM drawings, schedules, visualizations, and digital handover models.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of BIM modeling experience, with a strong focus on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Experience working with owners, EPC teams, and construction partners on model-driven delivery is a plus
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit; experience with Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related Autodesk tools a plus
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting BIM standards and digital delivery strategies
- Strong understanding of utility systems, piping, and site infrastructure
- Ability to manage complex models and datasets across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
