Job Summary
Provide treatment and therapeutic services per physician orders, including skin care, wound management, and decubitus ulcer prophylaxis. Examine patients and medical records to recommend treatment plan modifications and referrals. Document assessments, photograph skin conditions, and complete administrative forms and reports. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on dietary changes and therapy while educating residents and families on health maintenance. Order supplies and attend assigned meetings to discuss facility business.
Required Qualifications
- Current California LVN or RN license
- CPR and First Aid certified
Desired Qualifications
- Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred
