Treatment Nurse

Observe, assess, and document resident conditions and changes while performing skin assessments per facility procedures. Implement interventions to prevent pressure ulcers, educate staff and families, and administer treatments and medications as per physicians' orders. Manage skin tears and surgical wounds, collaborate on individualized care plans, and ensure accurate documentation. Monitor subordinate staff activities, assist in incident investigations, and secure necessary equipment for wound care. Requires on-call schedule; offers PTO, vision, dental, and health insurance with daily pay option.
