Treatment Nurse

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants. Perform primary skin care under medical direction, including quarterly physical dermatologic examinations and treatment for uncomplicated dermatologic disorders. Conduct assessments using observation, inspection, and palpation, while ensuring decubitus ulcer residents receive daily inspection, turning, activity, and dietary management. Confer with the Care Planning Team to modify treatment regimens and assist in admission, discharge, and resident rehabilitation activities such as range of motion and ambulation. Give direct physical and psychological care during emergencies and illness. Full-time, M-F 7-3:30 shift. Requires current California LVN/RN license, background check, and six months of treatment nurse experience.
