Job Summary
Deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services as a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN). Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments; monitor healing progress; communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans; evaluate residents’ nutritional/hydration needs related to wound healing; review lab results and respond to signs of infection; educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols; assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
- Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred)
