Job Summary
Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments while monitoring and documenting healing progress for residents. Evaluate nutritional and hydration needs, review lab results for infection signs, and communicate care plans with physicians and families. Educate staff on wound prevention protocols and assist with floor staffing as needed. This role requires an active LVN or RN license with wound care experience. Required Qualifications
- Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
