Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy; develop and oversee individualized treatment plans (ISPs); coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, schools, families, and county partners; support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and continuity of care; advocate and lead for assigned youth; participate in on-call rotation in a residential treatment setting. Requires Master’s degree in a related field, licensure eligibility in California, strong communication/documentation skills, crisis intervention capabilities, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, valid CA driver’s license, and onboarding to GHACP within 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral science field
- Eligible to pursue licensure through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Valid CA driver’s license and ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
- Willingness to complete and maintain the California Group Home Administrator Certification Program (GHACP) within 6 months of hire
