Treatment MA_New Grad Opportunity

High school graduate or equivalent with Medical Assistant certification. Responsible for triage of all patients seen by treatment room RNs, triage and/or shot clinic. Obtain vital signs, height and weight for clinic patients and place patient in treatment room. Performs venipuncture, accesses mediports, and starts IVs as ordered. Label all blood samples and submit to lab. Clean and maintain treatment rooms with appropriate supplies and keep a clean and safe work area. Perform treatment room functions such as rounding on patients, assisting the nurses, and documenting appropriately. Assist in triage area with patient scheduling and daily prep. Perform other duties as assigned. Our wage compensation is not subject to public disclosure at this time, but you can elect to share your salary expectations.
