Job Summary
Conduct interviews, home studies, and assessments for children and foster families. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and service plans while coordinating medical, educational, counseling, and community support services. Maintain regular communication with families, foster homes, and partner agencies to track progress and ensure quality care. Build trusting relationships with children and families while guiding them toward stability and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Social Work or a related field (sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling) from an accredited institution
- at least one year of experience in providing casework services to children and families
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
- relevant experience in casework services
- at least two years of experience in casework services
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete background checks and credential verification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
